Who we are

Regera Management (“Regera,” “we,” “us”) is a private family office. Ledgr is our private portal for clients, borrowers, and staff, used for loan administration, statements, and account management. The portal is not offered to the general public; accounts are created by Regera for people with an existing relationship to us.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to administer accounts and loans: contact details (name, email address, phone number), financial records related to your loans and accounts with Regera, and basic usage records (such as sign-in activity) for security.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the portal: authenticating sign-ins (including one-time codes), delivering statements and account notifications, administering loans, providing support, and maintaining security. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent, Regera sends text messages for sign-in and phone-verification codes, account alerts, and statement notifications. You opt in by providing your mobile number to Regera during account onboarding and verifying it with a one-time code. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging providers we use solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the portal (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and text message delivery), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes.

Security and retention

Access to the portal requires authentication, data is encrypted in transit, and account records are retained for as long as needed to administer your relationship with Regera and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
